Complementary English and Spanish Wills

These are provided as an integrated suite of documents, tailored to your exact requirements.

The English Will is the primary document and features the bulk of your estate planning.

It: -

• Appoints your Trustees and Executors

• Nominates guardians for any children you may have

• Includes any funeral requests

The Spanish Will rests alongside.

It: -

• Is drafted in Spain

• Has been designed for signing in the presence of a notary in this country *

• Has an English translation running alongside the Spanish

• Considers only your estate in Spain

• Is registered as a fully complaint Spanish Will in the registry in Madrid

• Comes back to you for storage

The two documents:

• Are drafted with complementary clauses to ensure they do not contradict each other or cancel each other out

• Consider your world-wide estate as an entity in its own right
